These terms describe how this website and our quoting process work. They
are deliberately plain. Where a specific order is placed, the written
order confirmation for that order governs it.

What this website is

This site is a business-to-business sourcing service. It is not a shop, and
prices shown or discussed are not consumer offers. Nothing on this site is
a binding quotation; a quotation is binding only in the written document we
issue for your specific requirement.

What we do, and what we do not do

• We source, negotiate, coordinate and inspect on your instructions
• We are not the manufacturer of the goods
• We are not your customs broker, importer of record, or legal adviser
• We decline categories listed on the what we don’t do page

Information on this site

Category and cluster information is provided for general guidance and is
based on public sources, cited where used. Requirements, regulations and
market conditions change. Nothing here is a compliance, tax or legal
opinion for your market, and you should verify requirements through the
appropriate channel before you commit to an order.

Quotations and orders

A quotation is valid for the period stated on it. Product prices, freight
and duties move with material costs, exchange rates and capacity, which is
why validity periods are short and stated. Payment milestones are set out
in the order confirmation for each order.

Liability

We act on your instructions and coordinate with third parties including
manufacturers, inspection firms and freight forwarders. We do not exclude
liability where it cannot lawfully be excluded. Where liability arises, it
is limited to the service fee we charged on the order in question, and it
does not extend to indirect or consequential loss. If your order requires a
different liability position, raise it before the order is confirmed rather
than after.

Changes

These terms may be updated. The version in force for your order is the one
referenced in your order confirmation.
