Your sourcing desk in China — without hiring one.
Tell us what you want to buy. We find the factory, negotiate the price,
run the samples, inspect before shipping, and consolidate everything into one
container. You deal with one partner instead of forty suppliers.
One flat 5% service fee on the order value · No subscription, no tiers
Importing from China is easy to do badly.
Most first orders do not fail because the price was wrong.
They fail on four things — and all four are process problems, not luck.
The money is gone
You pay a deposit and the supplier stops answering. We agree every
payment milestone in writing before you send anything, and we are the
one chasing the factory — not you.
The goods are not the sample
The sample was thin, the bulk is thinner. We take the approved sample
as the standard and arrange inspection against it before the container
leaves China.
The date slips
Thirty days becomes ninety and you miss the season. You get a
milestone schedule with owners and dates, and an early warning
the moment something moves.
The paperwork blows up
Held at customs, delisted by the marketplace, asked for a
certificate nobody has. We check what your product needs
before production starts, not after.
Six things, done properly.
We are a sourcing partner, not a factory. That is exactly why we can
recommend the right factory instead of the one we own.
Product sourcing
We take your spec, screen suppliers against it, and come back with a
shortlist, real quotes, and the reason we picked each one.
Supplier audit
Business licence, production address, whether they actually own the
line or subcontract it. We check before you commit money.
Quality control
Inspection against your approved sample before shipment, with photos
and a written report you can read without a translator.
Consolidation
Buying from six suppliers is normal. We collect everything, load it
as one shipment, and give you one set of documents.
Private label & OEM
Your logo, your packaging, your artwork. We handle the factory
conversation and the print proof before a single unit is made.
Logistics & documents
Booking, customs paperwork, and the documents your accountant and
your customs broker will actually ask for.
Four steps, and you always know which one we are on.
-
You send the requirement
A product description, a photo, a link, a drawing — whatever you have.
Quantity and target price help but are not required. You get back: a written list of anything we still need to quote accurately.
-
We source and quote
We approach suppliers, compare on price, capability and reliability,
and send you a quotation with the unit cost and the service fee shown
separately. You get back: a quote with a named supplier shortlist and our reasoning.
-
Sampling and confirmation
Sample lead time [to be confirmed]. You approve the sample — that
approved sample becomes the quality standard for the whole order. You get back: the sample, plus photos of the packaging and print proof.
-
Production, inspection, shipment
We follow production, arrange inspection before shipment, and send
you the report and photos. Nothing ships until you have seen it.You get back: an inspection report, shipping documents, and tracking.
We would rather show you what we can prove.
Plenty of sourcing websites list impressive numbers. We are a new company
and we are not going to invent ours. Here is what is true today.
Being straight with you: we are a newly established
sourcing company. We do not yet publish a factory list or a wall of
client logos, because we have not earned them. What we can commit to is
the process on this page — and it is in writing.
What we do not do.
A sourcing partner who says yes to everything is a partner who will
get it wrong on something. These are the categories we currently
decline, because the compliance risk would land on you.
We decline
- Products with mains electricity or lithium batteries
- Children’s products subject to toy safety rules
- Food, supplements and anything ingested
- Medical devices and personal protective equipment
We take on
- General consumer goods and household items
- Home storage, organisation and daily-use products
- Party, festival and seasonal decorations
- Bags, luggage and textile accessories
- Promotional items with your branding
Before you send a request.
Are you a factory or a trading company?
Neither. We are a sourcing partner. We do not own a factory, and we
are not tied to one. That is deliberate: a sourcing partner who owns
a factory has a reason to push you toward it.
How do you charge?
A flat 5% service fee on the order value. One rate, no tiers and no
subscription. You see the unit price and the service fee separately in
the quotation, so there is no hidden markup.
What is the minimum order?
There is no fixed minimum from our side. Real minimums come from the
factory and depend on the product, so the honest answer is that we
cannot tell you until we know what you are buying. Send the product
and we will come back with the actual factory minimum.
Can I buy from several suppliers at once?
Yes, and it is one of the more common situations. We collect goods
from multiple suppliers, load them as a single shipment to save
freight, and issue one set of documents.
How do I know the goods match the sample?
The sample you approve becomes the written quality standard for the
order. Inspection is carried out against that standard before
shipment, and you receive photos and a written report.
Do you handle my logo and packaging?
Yes. We run the artwork conversation with the factory, get a print
proof to you for approval, and do not release production until you
have signed it off.
What happens if the factory delays?
You get a milestone schedule before production starts and we chase
it. If a date moves, you hear it from us at the time it moves, not
when the container is late.
Will you tell me which factory makes my order?
We tell you which region and which cluster the product comes from, and
why we chose that supplier over the alternatives. We do not hand over the
factory’s name and contact details, and the quotation and invoice are
issued by us — so if something goes wrong you have one counterparty to
hold responsible instead of a supplier in another country you have never
met. If you want to deal with a factory directly, we will tell you that
up front rather than pretend otherwise.
Send us what you want to buy.
A photo, a link, or a description is enough to start. We will tell you
what we need to quote accurately, and what it will cost.
Or email us directly — the address is on the contact page.
