This policy covers this website and the quote requests sent through it.
It is written to be read, not to be endured.

What we collect

• The details you enter in the quote request form: your name, email,
  company, country, the product you want to source, quantity, target price
  and any notes you add
• The page you submitted the form from, and your IP address, recorded
  with the request for security and abuse prevention

Why we collect it

• To reply to your enquiry and to prepare a quotation
• To keep a record of what was agreed, which protects both sides
• To prevent automated abuse of the form

Who sees it

Your enquiry is used by us. Your specification and artwork are shared with
the suppliers who need them to quote or produce, and with nobody else. We do
not sell enquiries, we do not operate a mailing list, and we do not send
your requirement to factories other than the ones we are actually using for
your project.

How long we keep it

Quote requests and the correspondence that follows are retained for as long
as needed to serve the commercial relationship and to meet our record-keeping
obligations. If you want a request and its correspondence deleted, email us
and we will remove it, except where we are required to retain records.

Cookies

This site does not run advertising or cross-site tracking scripts. Any
cookies set are functional or used for aggregate traffic measurement. If we
add a tool that requires consent in your region, a consent prompt will appear
before it loads.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask for
deletion, by writing to the email address shown on the
contact page.
