show: stitch density, whether the lining is attached at the stress points,
whether the zip pulls apart under load, whether the coating on the fabric
survives a season.

Fujian & Zhejiang — structured bags

Backpacks, travel bags and structured cases where hardware, foam
padding and multi-panel construction are involved. Deeper component supply
for zips, buckles and linings.

Whether lining is anchored at points that take the stress
Coating and water resistance verified on the actual goods
Colour consistency across a multi-bag order

What makes the price move

Fabric weight and whether the base fabric is coated
Zip grade — the single most common hidden downgrade
Whether the bag is lined, and how the lining is attached
Hardware: plastic against metal, and the metal grade
Printing method and number of colours for branded work
Construction complexity — panel count drives labour, not material

Not stated here on purpose: minimum quantities and lead
times. These swing widely between a simple printed shopper and a padded
wheeled case, and a number printed on this page would be wrong for most of
