Was established in September 2022, covering an area about 100, 000 square meters. It is located in the Luhekou Port Area of Xixian County, Xinyang City, adjacent to the shipping channel of the Huaihe River, connecting the east and the west, linking the north and the south, close to National Highway 106 and Provincial Highway335. It was an ancient water and land terminal, radiating to the provinces of Henan, Anhui, Hubei, Jiangsu, and Shanghai and can directly access the Yangtze River through the Jianghuai Canal and the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal, and through the Jianghuai connection, to achieve access to the river and the sea. The company, with ship design, shipbuilding, ship modification, and ship repair as its main Construction body, has now become one of the four "" benchmark enterprises in the shipbuilding field in Henan Province. It is the only enterprise that has obtained the full process factory certification from the China Classification Society (CCS), only general assembly unit that has the qualification to build seagoing ships, and the only enterprise that has the qualification to build ships that carry hazardous chemicals and new energy (meth, lithium battery, LNG) ships with the second- level IV category and the third-level I category.
