In the machining section, we are equipped with over 20 sets of precision machinery such as a φ6.7m CNC vertical lathe, guaranteeing high dimensional accuracy and surface quality. For quality inspection, our laboratory is fitted with universal testing machines, impact testers, ultrasonic flaw detectors, magnetic particle flaw detectors and portable hardness testers, providing accurate and reliable data for product quality. We mainly produce all types of free forgings and flanges with a single weight within 40 tons, and our product range includes hundreds of specifications. Our products are widely used in pressure pipelines, petrochemical, electric power, construction machinery, shipbuilding and other industries.
